Farm-to-Table Dinners

Our long-table dinner: five seasonal courses from the farm and the valley, cooked over wood and shared with every guest at one table.

Dinner at Hearthfield is served at one long table in the old dairy barn, lit by candles and the glow of the wood oven. Our chef Owen walks the garden every morning and writes the menu around whatever is ready, so no two nights taste the same.

What’s Included:

  • A welcome drink with cider or a shrub from the orchard
  • Five courses built around the vegetables, eggs, pork and dairy from our farm
  • Sourdough baked in the brick oven with our own cultured butter
  • Coffee, tea and a small sweet from the farm kitchen
  • Optional wine pairing from vineyards in the Champlain Valley

Why Guests Love It:

  • You taste the season, not a fixed menu
  • You meet the farmers who grew your dinner
  • Guests and locals share the same table
  • Leftovers become tomorrow’s breakfast, never waste

How It Works: Reserve seats when you book your stay, or call for a day booking. We send the evening’s menu the morning of your dinner and ask about dietary needs ahead of time.

Who It’s For: Farm stay guests, couples on a weekend away, food lovers driving up for the evening and small groups celebrating something.
