Pine Ridge Team Retreat

Northfold Design wanted their whole team away from screens for three days to plan the year ahead.

Twenty-two people with different diets, a need for quiet workspace and a boss who wanted everyone to try farm chores.

• Work: The hayloft set up as a workshop room with whiteboards, coffee and a view of the pasture.
• Play: Morning chores, a foraging walk and an evening cooking class where the team made dinner together.
• Rest: Everyone stayed on the farm, split between the farmhouse rooms and the three cabins.

The team left with a plan for the year, a jar of sourdough starter each and a group chat named after our goats.
